Terms and Conditions


  • Prices are quoted in USD including tax and service
  • Prices are available either per person, per car, etc based on tour types


  • Choose your preferable services available on the list
  • Enter the number of person to continue the booking process
  • Tour with flight tickets should be booked by one week in advance or contact us for seat availability
  • For last minutes booking it is advisable to contact us prior to proceed the payment, especially during high season period
  • An instant tour confirmation will be sent to your email soon after the success payment either by credit card or Bank Transfer
  • If we fail to provide the services (due to : fully booked, bad weather, etc), we will contact you for reschedule or other options.


  • The required deposit may vary for each available tour or activity types
  • Unless full payment, the balance of payment will be collected on arrival either by cash or credit card
  • Payment with credit card will be charged in local currency ( IDR ) at exchange rates on the transaction day
  • Additional of 3% is applied for the payment with Visa or Master card
  • For verification we may request to present your used credit card on arrival


  • If you would like to cancel your booking, kindly send us a notification email at : info@balitourisland.com
  • In case of refund, Bank transactions charges will be deducted above the cancellation charges.
  • Instead of refund, using your deposit for other services or next visit booking is also an option
  • The booking will be automatically cancelled if we find any credit card misuse, claim or other fraud types.


  • No refund for tour or activity with package including flight ticket or hotel
  • No refund for cancellation by one week prior to activity date or No Show
  • No refund for any services which are not used or changed by yourself


  • The prices are not including travel insurance, we suggest you to take your own insurance during your travel date.


  • Balitourisland.com is supported by selected and professional service providers
  • We will do the best possibility of arrangement for your trip satisfaction
  • However, we can not accept any liability for natural disaster, injury, damage, loss, delay or flight reschedule, negligence, unpredictable weather, additional expenses (excess baggage, etc) and irregularities beyond our control or other force major conditions.
